Xbox Live Debuts Hi-Def “South Park” Downloads

Comedy Central is offering Xbox 360 owners the first episode from South Park for download in high definition free of charge on Xbox Live Marketplace for two weeks. Xbox Live Marketplace currently features “South Park”seasons 5-9 and the critically-acclaimed feature film “South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut” and “Chappelle’s Show”. “South Park” episodes have been among the most popular downloads on Xbox Live. High-definition television shows are available download-to-own on Xbox Live for $3.00, while standard-def TV shows cost $2.00. New release movies are available download-to-rent in HD for $6.00 and for $4.00 in standard-def.
